The Law Society will help you find a suitable UK lawyer ( a 'Solicitor'), an overseas attorney practising in the UK and a Notary Public. All you need to do is tell them what type of legal advise you need, and they will supply you with a list of lawyers who practice in the relevant field. For a UK lawyer ask to speak with the "Solicitors Records Department". For non-UK lawyers, ask to speak to the "Foreign Lawyers Department" and for a Notary Public, ask to put through to the "The Faculty Office".
