Prices are in three price bands, and are the minimum you can expect to pay
per person for a three course meal including Value Added Tax of 17.5% but
excluding wine and any service charges (which are commonly between 10-12.5%).
Under £30 per person

Between £30 and £40 per person
(price band B)
Above £40 per person
(price band C)
